Communicating effectively

 

It is important for every company that their customers are dealt with in a correct and pleasant manner. Everybody knows how annoying it is when you walk up to a counter and the person behind just ignores you because they are having a private conversation.

There are many saying like "the customer is king" and "the customer is always right" and they are true. In this time and age of strong competition it is important that your customers find knowledgeable and friendly employees to help them. It is important that problems are solved quickly and to the customer’s satisfaction. If not you will lose that customer and his business forever. Is that what you want?

 

Now we pose you the following questions: Are your clients received in a friendly manner when they come to your office? Do your employees answer the phone in the correct manner?  Are your customer’s complaints dealt with in an adequate manner? Do they know how to handle angry customers?

 

If the answer to any of these questions is “No” your employees would greatly benefit from this training. It deals with all aspects of communication with customers and also handles communication within the office.

 

The course is given, in groups of 6 to 10 people, by a highly trained specialist with many years experience in the corporate world. The participants will be put in role-plays with each other or with the course leader. The course is divided over three sessions of four hours, in three consecutive mornings, afternoons or evenings.
